Brandon Thompson CA(SA)

Brandon is an analyst with Aldwych Valuations and is a qualified Chartered Accountant within South Africa. Brandon has an in-depth knowledge of performing financial modeling and valuation analysis on both listed and unlisted Companies. Brandon’s key areas of expertise include performing valuation services, providing transaction support services, and risk management consulting.

DANIELlA ROSS CA(SA)

Daniella is an eligible Chartered Accountant in South Africa with extensive experience serving a broad range of clients including JSE-listed entities, International group entities, private firms, retirement and investment funds. Her expertise extends to industries such as logistics, retail, manufacturing, education, restaurant, software, telecommunications, real estate and insurance. Daniella has been actively involved in numerous advisory projects, including financial due diligence, corporate finance, company valuations, and purchase price allocations.

ROSS BARTLETT CA(SA)

Ross is an analyst with Aldwych Valuations having recently completed his auditing articles at Moore Johannesburg. Ross has gained experience performing financial modelling and valuation analysis on an array companies and industries. Ross’s key areas of expertise include performing valuation services and providing transaction support services, specifically financial due diligence investigations.

Dale Russell CA(SA)

Dale is an analyst within the Aldwych Valuations Team. He completed his Bachelor of Accounting and Bachelor of Accounting Honours degrees at the University of Stellenbosch. He served his chartered accountancy articles at PwC Johannesburg, in the Banking and Capital Markets division. Dale has 3 years of industry experience in private equity transactions, valuations, equity derivatives, and financial markets.

SHAUN OSBORNE CA(SA)

Shaun has four years of Corporate Finance experience and is registered as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa. Shaun has an in-depth understanding of the debt and equity financial mechanics of M&A transitions and he is actively involved in providing professional services to both listed and unlisted entities. Shaun's key areas of expertise include valuations and financial modelling, mergers & acquisitions, financial & tax due diligence investigations.

KAI REUNING BSC(ME)

Kai is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a Government Certificate of Competence for Engineers (Factories). In 2010 he completed a Master of Business Administration at the Graduate School of Business of UCT. As an experienced operation executive with 16 years FMCG and Beverage Industry experience working for global organizations, he has extensive knowledge managing end-to-end supply chains, leading large organisational change, developing strategy and corporatising medium sized businesses.

HANS HILLERMANN CA(SA)

Hans has more than fifteen years of professional services related experience - both within South Africa as well as internationally.

He focuses his extensive corporate finance, private equity, and advisory experiences to help clients grow their wealth.

His experience includes initiating, developing and executing merger and acquisition transactions for both listed and unlisted companies.

Hans is a CFA Level II candidate and the knowledge gained is adding value to valuation and due diligence services he delivers to clients.

Hans is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Registered Auditor. Hans completed the Organizational Leadership Program at Harvard Business School during 2017.

Monizé Kotzé CA(SA)

Monize Kotze

Monizé qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa in 2022 and has 3 years’ audit experience at Moore Johannesburg. She has experience working on JSE-listed entities and international entities. She has gained experience within a range of industries including manufacturing, telecommunications, mining, retail, property, and investment holding. Monizé is currently working as an analyst Moore Advisory Johannesburg.

Candice JENKINS CA(SA)

Candice is a Chartered Accountant (SA), a Registered Auditor (SA), a JSE Accredited Auditor and JSE Reporting Accountant Specialist. Candice heads up the audit department and provides technical support to Alpha Valuations. Candice is part of the Moore SA Technical Committee and has over 15 years’ experience across most industries, specifically natural resources and heads up the mining sector within audit and assurance department.

Nicholas Polykarpou CA(SA)

Nicholas Polykarpou is an Analyst at Alpha Valuations, bringing his expertise as a newly qualified Chartered Accountant (SA). He successfully completed his articles at Moore Johannesburg, where he gained extensive experience with a diverse range of financial sectors. Nicholas has worked with clients in industries such as digital marketing, financial services, technology and telecoms, JSE listed companies, and investment holding companies.
